OLBN expanded our Washington, DC and New York City offices with a goal of allowing each to maintain the “feel” of the city it is located in, while providing visual consistencies between them. Central design concepts included open work spaces, multiple creative and teaming spaces for both design collaboration, integration of technology and the showcasing of OLBN’s commitment to sustainable design practices.
OLBN’s DC office, which achieved LEED Silver certification, contains an open ribbon window for natural sunlight which ties together combined interior and exterior spaces. Multiple teaming areas, an employee work lounge and exterior work space give flexibility to employees and opportunities to unwind. Our NYC office provides an open floorplan with natural sunlight on three exposures and city skyline and river views.
