The Southern Maryland Courthouse in the city of Greenbelt tasked OLBN with carrying a set of previously commissioned “design intent” drawings for a fourth floor suite of five Judges’ chambers through permitting and construction. The scope of work involved development of proposed floor plans, design of built-in casework, selection of fixtures and finishes, and construction oversight during the renovation of this 12,000 square foot interior space. OLBN worked directly under Edifice Group, Inc., an 8a construction firm who served as the general contractor. The entire construction effort was directed by APSI the Construction Manager at Risk.
